We use remote access services that enable us to access our client’s system over the internet to provide valuable service during the working hours of Glenzsoft team. This service is prompt and helps our client to run the system smoothly.
REMOTE ACCESS TOOLS
The service and the maintenance for the first twelve months from the date of first installation will be free of charge. All bugs and errors will be corrected without any additional charges during this period
After twelve months, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) must be signed in order to keep the smooth running of the system. The SLA will be signed after having a discussion with your company.
