We will provide help services over the internet using remote access during these periods. In case of an Emergency such as break down in the system please send SMS to mobile number 0767 508181 / 0777 508181 during after hours and holiday period

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE


The service and the maintenance for the first twelve months from the date of first installation will be free of charge. All bugs and errors will be corrected without any additional charges during this period

After twelve months, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) must be signed in order to keep the smooth running of the system. The SLA will be signed after having a discussion with your company.
